Hard disk is corrupt will restore

Bring it to a repair shop..

its a hardware problem...there may be some fault in the chips of your hard disk...it cannot be recoverd that way...get your hard disk checked by any computer hardware specilst..

Let the PS3 restore itself. Your hard disk is corrupted unless you restore it you will not be able to use your PS3

the only thing that you can do is to replace your hardrive and then reset it this will clear any error messages that you may have had because of your hardrive being corrupted

There is an alternate way to restore your HDD. Turn off your system and when u see the red light, hold the power button in front until you hear a total of 4 beeps (1 alone, 1 alone, 2 together). It usually works on second try. it should show a screen and say hook up controller with a usb cord. Then it should show i think 6 options. Choose the restore option. it should work.

sounds like you got a nasty virus, if your PS3 is still under warranty I'd take that thing back for a new one.
