Zen Playback Problem

My Zen plays back the music at a slower speed than the tracks are suppose to be played. The tracks sound perfect on my computer, but are slower on my ZEN.

How can I alleviate this problem?

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Creative Zen V Plus Bookmarks

A little known feature on this player is the ability to use bookmarks, up to 10 of them. Many of you listen to podcasts or audio books which may be fairly lengthy and if you have to stop in the middle of what ever you're listening to, normally when you go back to your player you would have to start all over again.<br /><br />A note about <span style="font-style: italic;">"resuming playback":</span> If you shutdown during playback of a podcast or audio book (not pausing or stopping playback first) your Zen will automatically resume playback when you start it back up.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Zen V Plus Bookmarking</span><br /><br />You can insert bookmarks during playback. Creative zen music will not play on memory card

I also use Napster. Unfortunately with the music being on the memory card and not on the device itself, Napster detects this and will not play music from the memory card.

There are two things you can do to resolve this, the first one won't cost you anything. Move non-Napster music files to the memory card, leaving only Napster music on the device itself. As a Napster-To-Go device, you'll be able to play and sync without issues. The second is to purchase the tracks from Napster that you want on the memory card. Once you do this, you can play them in any compatible media - not just the Zen device.

My Zen Nano cuts out when playing tracks.

Go to the Creative Labs website http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/download.asp?MainCategory=213&nRegionFK=&nCountryFK=&nLanguageFK=&sOSName=Windows+XP®ion=1&Product_Name=ZEN+Nano+Plus&Product_ID=12720&modelnumber=&driverlang=1033&OS=10&drivertype=0&x=28&y=17 Back up your files on mp3 player Try downloading the latest relevant drivers, firmware, and applications. For example there is a firmware update from Aug 06 that has this fix: * Resolves the issue of your player (battery level full) turning off, while playing a 128 kbps DRM-protected WMA file. Download the file double click for installation and then restart your computer. Try it, this may solve the problem. If not again consult the Creative Labs website for troubleshooting. http://us.creative.com/support Slick Rik
