You don't need a startup disk for a printer.. starup disks are needed for computer but not for printers..
what you may need is the disk for your printer which very likely may have the drivers for your printer..
and since we're not mind readers..you may want to post the model of your printer and brand and we'll help you finding the driver and programs that you need to make your printer work.. (if avaliable online)
