Question about LG VX8300 Cellular Phone
While I am talking on the phone, it randomly turns off and reboots by itself. I just changed it out and on the first day with my new phone it happend again. Is this a known problem? or just a fluke and I should get another phone?
No...just the verizon ring tones...i hadn't had a chance to download anything yet.

If it was happening on the previous phone too, then it's pretty unlikely to be caused by the phone but instead by what you're storing on the phone.
The most common culprit is third party ringtones, so if you're using any ringtones that you got online, recorded yourself, made yourself or somebody sent to you then you'll want to start by deleting those and then rebooting your phone.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
