Question about LG VOYAGER VX10000 Cellular Phone
My Voyager does not under stand the command call but does understand all others. this is my second phone in a month and still the same problem. Verizon wasn't any help.
If you're having the exact same problem with two separate phones, then it's not an issue with the hardware or original phone software. This means that you're storing something on the phone that is incompatible with its software, causing it to act funny. In most cases this is caused by third party ringtones (meaning, you didn't get them from Verizon Wireless, somebody sent them to you or you made them or got them off the internet or whatever).
It's strongly recommended you delete anything third party from the phone and then reboot it. If the issue persists then whatever you had stored on there has corrupted the software completely and you'll have to get it replaced.
