please call the engineer from which you have purchased the EPBAX system to congiure the same. It happens if something is wrong in line card at the exchange or the extentions are not configured properly with the Key Telephone System.

SOURCE: Panasonic KX-T7730 Diverting Calls back

If you set call forward all calls then lift your handset press the FWD/DND button, dial 0 , you should get a tone, then hang up. If you set Follow Me then dial 8 and your extension number instead of the 0 . Good Luck. ....Mike

SOURCE: Incoming Call not Ringing

Either call line 3 first, or make your phone ring :-)

What might be the easiest is to swap modular plugs in the back room between 2 and 5. That way, you get your old extension back and everything will work as it did.

If you can't do that, then you're going to have to do some system programming to turn on the ringing on your phone. If you have a TA series system, you should be able to do it from either the PC or a phone connected to jack $1. If you have another model, you should have a system manual on how do make programming changes.

Want to know how we can divert our Panasonic KX-T7730 to a mobile number

What you want to do is to activate the call forwarding feature offered by your phone company. Different phone companies have different procedures. With many companies you dial *72 then at the second dial tone dial the number to forward to. This number has to answer the call to activate call forwarding. For precise instructions please contact your telephone company.

Hi I have been tasked with simple programming task on a panasonic kx-td816 ISDN phone system. Well I thought it would be simple!!. We are small company and when we are out of the office I want to set up...

Don't they have Panasonic Engineers where you are? We don't have ISDN here, but we do have things like software revisions, CF off premise, and flags in 990 and 991 that have to be turned on to forward a call to outside numbers. In our features guide, 4.3.13 Call Forwarding -- To Outside Line, there's a Conditions and Programming Guide References that tell us that you need Class of Service changes and Outside-to-Outside Line Call duration time (206 default 10 minutes) 504 CF to outside line and 601 Class of Service programs to change.

Your Mileage(Kilometers) May Vary.

How does one tgransfer an incoming call from one phone to another?

You don't need a "generic Compaq PC laptop" to do this.

Press the "transfer" button on the base-station,
and then dial the 3-digit or 4-digit "extension" for the person.
Your office PBX (Private Business eXchange) box will handle the rest.

Incoming calls

What you need to do is go to settings then call then call divert, and then cancell all diverts. This should hopefully solve your problems once you have done this you can choose what call diverts you want to use. Such as when the phone is off (divert if not available)
If you don't have signal it is probably the arial and will most likely need replacing.
If you need further assistance let me know!!
