My ventless nat gas heater(10K) will not light in auto or manual.

The pilot lite will not stay on (it's getting gas); in auto, the pilot stays on about 2 min with the electronic ignitor "firing" constantly, then goes out. In manual the pilot goes when I try to turn from "ignition" to "on".
