    Chek trailing cable connectors if and reconnect it if dont help Replace the trailing cable. Purchased a new one.

Trailing Cable is badly connected.
Corrective Action: Try the following:
-Reconnect the Trailing Cable correctly to the Electronics Module.
- If the Error Code continues, replace the Carriage Assembly

I think you are probably referring to a LAN ERROR printed out on the paper when the printer is powered on.

If this is the case the printer is fitted with an internal network card, and the network card is not connected to a live network point.
Check you network connection, or if you are not using the LAN card remove it from the printer and you will not see the error printed, this is not an error as such it is an advisory message,
