Either the program of the mp3 is corrupted that's why its did not open..try to connect the mp3 player to the pc...when the mp3 player was detected there,it means that your mp3 is good..try to open the file there...when it not...so the problem is that the file is corrupted...download new mp3 songs there. through internet...

Try original quality batteries because there are a lot of fake ones out there. I believe there's nothing wrong with the players.

Barbie mp3 quit working

You have to change the battery. To do that you have to take that thing off on the back of the MP3 player and unscrew it to change the battery.

DO NOT TURN it on
remove the battery if possible
put in sun or warm place for a few hours until dry.
reinsert battery and try again.

also works with coffee in laptops...

Help..

Just leave it until the battery runs out and it turns off by itself. Then plug it in and charge it. Once it's charged, turn it off. Then wait at least an hour before turning it back on.

Hmmm...the MP3 parts shouldn't have lined up with the iPod dock. Check that area for damage in case your son accidentally forced it. Otherwise, hold the power button for 15 seconds. That can occasionally jump-start my player, and it turns the player off even if it is frozen.

battery low??
else any breakage of internal circuit.
else battery position is not correct
else remove batteries and now press ON button for two seconds ( do as if your are turning it ON normally.)
this s done to drain the excess power.
now put the battery and then switch ON
