Question about Miele Novotronic Premier 500 Front Load Washer
Miele dishwasher starts a cycle with the initial hot rinse and then shuts down with 2 inches of water in bottom, giving a intake/drain warning light. I have removed all drain plumbing and checked for blockage none exist. clean from screen in bottom of DW through to drain inside garbage disposal.
I cleaned out the drain pump and non-return valve on my Miele G658/858 Incognito and that fixed the problem. It's easy to do. In order: 1. Turn off washer. 2. Remove the triple filter (the basket on the bottom of washer with the little handle. Turn the handle and remove) rinse out and set-aside. 3. Remove the standing water. I used a wet vac to remove the standing water from the bottom of the machine, but you can scoop it out also. 4. Tilt the locking clamp (tilt left) to the side. (this is a metal wire covering the white plastic valve. This valve is to the right of the triple filter basket.) 5. Pull out the non-return valve and rise will under running water. You may have to wiggle the valve a little. Pull straight up and out. 6. The drain pump is beneath the non-return valve. (it has a little plastic propeller, like a paddle wheel, inside) 7. Spin the propeller several times in both directions to make sure it's clear. ( I used the shop vac with a small hose attachment to clear the drain above the propeller compartment) 8. Carefully refit the non-return valve and secure it with the locking clamp. 9. Refit and lock the filter in place.
I haven't had a problem since and my dished are much cleaner- The problem must have been coming on for a long time.
Hope this helps,

At the bottom left corner their is a manual draining system maybe you need to use that with a bucket.

check if the drain hose is not clogged and try to clean it as it can be that
the hose is clogged and the water is not draining properly. After that check if
the drain pump filter is fine and not clogged, try to clean that as well. After
this check the metal filter, impeller cover and the air gap unit. After checking this you can
reset the error as follows: turn the rotary selector switch to "Stop/End" or
press the "Start/Stop" switch for approx. 5 secs. Then switch the
appliance off and then back on again. Hope
this helps...please post back for further assistance.
