Thanks for trying. I didn't explain my problem very well but, its not a heater its a variable speed air handler . The module is a dc pulse motor module

I found out it was the module at the motor. I took it apart and capacitors fell in my hand due to moisture inside the the air handler

I do thank you for attempting

Trane is very picky about being a Trane dealer before they will even talk to you. But as far as trouble shooting a module there no guides. If the flame comes on then the fan does not shutting down the furnace it could be a fan relay failure or the fan module failure. The modules propose is to allow the furnace time to heat up before bringing on the fan so as to not blow out cold. Or the fan motor it's self could failing

Where is the blower motor relay located. Is it in the blower motor control module?

Are there any hvac trouble codes ? Did you check voltage and ground for front blower motor, with controls turned on? I believe the purple wire is voltage and black wire is ground. If good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect the blower motor.
With auto hvac didn't see relay, saw blower motor control processor, at control processor, did you check voltage and ground?
As far as replacing the blower motor control processor, that appears to be a very involved procedure. I can't lead you step by step to remove and replace.

2000 expediton bower motor comes on high when off radio and wipers flash on and off what exactly should we fix

It sound like you have a wiring problem somewhere behind the dash an the only way to know what to fix is by trouble shooting . Find wiring diagrams for the wipers , radio , blower motor an see if they share connectors in the wiring harness or see if wiring is rubbed through . You may have to take the dash apart to get at the harness . Go to you tube an check out some basic electrical trouble shooting videos an how to read wiring diagrams , an you mite also check out how to use a DVOM -digital volt ohm meter . You mite also have the body control module checked for codes , because the wipers are monitored by it. It's actually called a GEM - generic electronic module . It's not that easy , What Exactly should we fix ! Your best bet is to take it to a ASE certified repair shop or a automotive electrical repair shop.
