Question about Panasonic KX-T7433B Corded Phone
Our office has the Panasonic kx-7433 corded phone and my problem is "Voice Mail" when someone calls in and goes to my extension are messages states "sorry their is no one available to answer your call". I still can go in to get my messages, my out going message is still there, when I transfer calls to other extensions, it states call transferred by Kathie Lew. HELP, Please.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Panasonic KX-T7433 Message Light
From your phone dial 700 your extension and #
That clears all MW.
The alternative is to pick up the handset when that number is on the display and have them answer the call....which is why the MW was left in the first place :-)

Do you need the default lock code because you already did this, or is it locked and you can't unlock it?
This is probably close, but in the American version it's 77 lock lock # to set and 77 lock # to release, where lock is a 4 digit number.
The System manager can release all locks from their phone. You'll have to make arrangements with an "engineer" to get those codes.

If you are using this phone with a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system. From the Switcboard / Main telephone or Managers phone with the handset on the cradle/hook press Program * * or Program * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234). Now press 004 and then ENTER. Enter the extension number you want to change. Now enter the name (the same way as texting on a cellphone) To save the changes press AUTO DIAL / STORE. To go to the next extension press NEXT on the screen. When you are done lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.
PLEASE rate/vote this answer if it was helpfull.
