When I power the printer on it displays cutter fault. If I go into the setup menu and go to Printer Options and Cutter, it breifly flashes Not Installed and then displays Enabled.
If I send it a print job, it prints but doesn't cut, but it displays Ready after it prints. The monitor shows the status as ready all the time.
If the cutter cycles on start up up?
if not, check connector(RJ45) underneath platen assy.
I connected the I class should immediately recognize the cutter.
If it does not cut ever, check you format to see if the cutter is turned on in the driver.
I have seen some failures from wear on the bell crank that cycles the cutter.
