Question about Linksys Wireless-G WRT54GS Router (e125894)
First of all never use the disk.
Yiou will want the router pluged in , on the back there is a reset button press it for about 10 seconds the router will reset to factory
Attach your computer to the lan port and click start then run, type cmd click ok
you will get a black box type ipconfig and press enter you will have a list of numbers you want to look for the one that says IP Address it should say something like 192.168.1.100
If it is true open internet explorer or fire fox and go to 192.168.1.1 in the address bar it will ask for username and password both by default are admin
in there are options to setup the wireless encryption.
