Question about Xerox WorkCentre XD120f Copier
Get error j1 and have to keep tapping the cartridge in order for it to copy
That is the message for low or out of toner. What you are doing by tapping it is just lostening the reemaining ink in the cartridge. If the cartridge is new, have it replaced where ever you purchased it because most likely its defective.
