If you have frost on the back wall of the freezer compartment you have a defrost problem. When the freezer coil does not defrost the refrigerator does not get air for cooling.

there are a few places to look for most frigidaire side by sides the model and serial number are on a tag either on the right hand inside wall of the refrig section or on the ceiling in the refrig section. on some older models though the tag may be behind the crisper drawers at the bottom. hope that helps. peyton

This is simple just pull it out. The door gasket is a push in meaning it has a channel that it is pushed into and to remove just hold the door firmly with one hand and pull the gasket with the other. It will peel right out of the channel and then just press the new gasket back into the channel. Hopefully you will find this to be easy enough once you have tried it seeing as how you dont even need tools to replace this kind of gasket.
