Firstly you will need a account with either yahoo mail, google mail, .mac mail or AOL mail, when you have got one of those accounts you need to seti it up on your iphone, to do this go into "mail" on your iphone, it will display the 4 mail service providors then click on the one you signed up for like yahoo mail for example, it will show 4 boxs to fill so fill in each box and then click save in the small box, then your ready to send and receive your mail.

Enter your name, your current email address (where MOTOBLUR can send account information), and a new MOTOBLUR account password.
Then you can set up your account. For the first time you login to your account, better you do:
Add your accounts. To add an account, tap it and enter the user name or email and password that you set up on that account.
After you sign in, your phone imports your contacts from your SIM card.
To see your contacts, Tap Contacts from the programs menu.
If you love manual work, you can import contact manually from SIM card with:
Press the Menu key
Tap Import from SIM card
Tap OK to confirm
