Make sure you don't have the (Hold) button on or anything like that. Usually thats the most common problem with everyone. Try charging it too it might be out of power and see if that helps.

I have a gypsy havent ue it in a whikle went to use it today and it wont turn on, have been charging it all day and stillnothing, try resetting it, nothing and pluge in to th elecrtic outlet still nothing

Try holding a button or two when plugging it in to break the cycle when it gets plugged it. Unplug the cord from both the wall an player and before you plug it back in , make sure you hold a button or two. It takes a couple or few times to do it with playbooks in my experience.

Wont turn on pressed the reset when it froze and now it wont go back on

Press the Power ON/OFF slide button.
To power ON, push Slide UP & hold for 5 sec's
To power OFF, push Slide UP & hold for 5 sec's

If no go,
Use the Stylus and push into Reset hole, at bottom of device.
(not on back side, but at the bottom, where there is a single hole.
Press and hold for a second or two, or until it turns off/on.

Pushing Slide DOWN, put's it HOLD mode (make sure the slide
switch is Not in the Down position) is probably in Hold mode?

I've had this problem before and finally realized that I was putting it in
the hold mode every time, by pushing the Slide Power button, down.
Instead of UP.

You might have a broken button, but try the reset button on the back, lower right of the player. It helps with almost all situations with Visual Land products.

Last nite i was playn a app off my ipod 2nd gen and it froze now it wont even cut back on wtf plez help or u can have it

if your Ipod is frozen you might just need to reset it. Just hold both the power and the home keys for about 10 seconds and the screen should go black. after a couple of seconds press the power button and wait for the unit to boot back up. you should be back at your home screen or logon if you have password protection.

1. Push the "Power" switch downward into the "Hold" position.
2. Press and hold the "Menu" and "Record" buttons at the same time until the device resets.
3. Push the "Power" switch upward all the way to turn it back on.
OR
1. Grab a steady hold around the device.
2. Push the "Power" upward and hold it there until it powers off.
3. Power the device back on by releasing the power switch and then pushing it upward again.
OR
1. Unscrew the screws on the back of the device (or simply push the lid off if it is a model without screws.)
2. Take out the batteries from the slot and wait until the screen goes black.
3. Insert the batteries the same way they were mounted and attached the lid again.
4. Push the power switch upward to turn on the device.

I reccomend hitting the reset button which is on the back of the player. you have to have a thumb tack or something narrow to hit it and it resets the player. Dont worry you should still have all of your music and pictures.

You can reset the mp3 player by holding down the "menu" button and the "a/b" button together for a few seconds then push the power button and it should turn on. Mine was doing the same thing and this worked.

My Sansa e250R, 2 gigs, froze. Help!

It seems like your E250R is experiencing a temporary system error due to a corrupted song, and needs to be reset. Try to "Soft Reset" your player, press and hold the "Menu" button until the LCD light and scroll wheel light turn off. Since the player was probably left on for more than 7 hours (as you indicated), you would need to re-charge the player before proceeding further. Charge it for at least 2-3 hours. Next, try to format the player to rid of any corruption then re-transfer the songs. If you have subscription songs, then I would suggest to delete the song you last played which caused the error. I hope this helps. There is another solution for the player, but for now this might actually resolve the issue. Let me know the results. :)
