i purchased a ASUS M2NPV-VM motherboard.but i lost the windows xp drivers cd rom.please help me by giving any website where i can download the drivers cd-rom

You can definitly download them from here:
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us
Simply enter the model number (M2NPV-VM) on the box on the top left and it will bring up all the drivers for you, I belive there were 37 total....I would link you directly to it but it does not allow me!
That should get everything on your motherboard working!!
