Can not get pictures from phone to computer - Cell Phones

Yes, if phone will power on take usb cable and hook phone to computer, go to my computer where you will see the c:// and d:// drives listed you should see an icon of your phone, click on icon and go to folder where your pictures are on your phone open folder with pictures...hit edit select all then edit and copy, open a folder on your computer and click edit then paste..all the pictures will be copied to your computer.

Connect your Motorola phone to a computer using a USB cable. Drivers for the phone will be automatically installed when the phone is connected. A notification message should appear in the lower-right corner of your computer screen when the installation is completed.

You can get picture transferred to Your computer using the bluetooth of Your phone or through the USB connection or through the memory card of Your device.

To use the bluetooth of Your phone please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure the computer has a bluetooth device or You connect a bluetooth dongle to the computer,
2. Turn on the bluetooth of Your phone,
3. Select the picture You want to send to Your computer one by one,
4. Then You select receive a file from the bluetooth option from Your computer,
5. It will search for the phones bluetooth device, then You accept it from the computer, do not use the pass key mode on the bluetooth settings,
6. It will load and send the file to the phone.
   

To send picture through the memory card, please follow the steps below:

1. Turn off the phone,
2. Remove the memory card of the phone,
3. Get a memory card reader and insert Your memory card into it,
4. Then You connect the memory card reader to the computer,
5. It will read like a USB drive and install its drivers,
6. Open the file to view folders, or You go to the phone and open it from its position i.e Removable drive E:,
7. Go to the picture You want to send to Your computer and copy then to the document of the computer,
8. Safely remove the device by ejecting it from Your computer(to eject right click on the position and select eject),
   

To transfer picture to the computer using the USB cable, please follow the steps below:

1. Connect the USB cable to the phone,
2. Connect it to the computer,
3. The computer will install the drivers of the phone,
4. Then You open file to view folder,
5. If the phone does not connect to the computer, it might require the software disc that came with the phone, insert it into the computer and allow it install,
6. Once the computer recognizes the phone,
7. Click on open files to view folder,
8. Then You select the pictures You want to transfer to the computer and send them to Your computers picture folder.

You can download picture from phone through usb cable or through the bluetooth. Just connect the usb to the computer and it will dictect the usb cable immediately. Just click on open folder and copy the pictures and paste them into the computer. For bluetooth you will need to add your phone to the computer through the bluetooth settings, then mark the pictures your want to copy to the computer and press option then copy. This will transfre the picture to the computer. Thanks

Connect your phone to your computer via the usb of your phone.

Go to my computer, open, you will see a drive or an icon representing your phone.

Right click on the drive of your phone and open. go to the folder the pictures are stored on your phone and right click to copy, copy the pictures and go to the desktop of your computer to create a folder.

After this folder as been created, right click to open the folder,now right and paste the pictures you copied from your phone folder in the new folder created on your computer desktop.

Safely eject your phone from your computer and open the folder on your computer desktop to view your pictures.

Could you tell me if you mean to download new pictures or just copy the pictures that have in your cellular phone?

If you just need to transfer the pictures in you cellular phone to your computer,you just need to connect your cellular phone with your computer by the USB cable,after your cellular phone be recognized by the computer,you can start to copy the pictures.Find the disk of your cellular phone in the computer and choose the folder that you have store your pictures in,may be the "Photos" folder.Then press the right button of the mouse and choose the "send to" option and find the disk of your cellular phone.

the way i do it is i go to my pictures and select the picture i want to upload to the computer but i dont open it, i press options than go to move and push memory card than paste and than when you plug in your phone it should pop up put pictures on computer from device =] i hope this helps

First you need to install Motorola Phone Tools software.

After that depending on if you have bluetooth on computer or USB cable for your motorola just connect cell phone to computer and transfer pics.

If the pics are on the computer, go to Windows Media Player 11 in the toolbar click on the arrow below Library, click on pictures, any pics on the computer should show up in the picture library, sync your phone via cable drag and drop to sync list and they should transfer. Pictures have to be in the right format to show up on a cell phone.
