Other possibilities are; the bulbs themselves, burnt or corroded bulb sockets, or a bad headlight selector switch.

I have no low beam headlights. already checked bulbs, fuses, relay and dimmer switch. can you help?

Before you replace the #46 HDM relay (in the fuse block under the hood) try exchanging it with the #45 cooling fan relay and see if your low beam lights work. If they do, the HDM relay (actually solid state module, not a relay) is bad.

My headlights wont work

I don't believe there is a fuse. There is a circuit breaker built into the headlight switch. If you are sure the headlight switch is good, it could be a bad dimmer switch. If you have a voltmeter, with the headlight switch turned on, a larger yellow wire going from the headlight switch to the dimmer switch should be a hot wire. The dimmer switch sends power on a tan wire to the low beams, and through a light green wire to the high beam bulbs.
If your high beam indicator on the dash also doesn't work, then it is likely one of those switches. A voltmeter or test light would need to be used to find which one is bad. If you can find the connector at the steering column going to the dimmer switch, pull it apart and check for power on the yellow wire coming from the headlight switch, with the headlight switch turned on. If no power, the headlight switch is bad. If there is power there, then the dimmer switch must be bad.

2004 envoy xuv low beams went out all other lights work checked fuses and switched relays 45 and 46 and still not working any ideas?

Try to see if the bulbs blew out by replacing the bulbs first. If they still won't light, it could be bad grounds or connections or bad continuity in the wiring to the headlight relays or switch. Good luck on this repair.

High beam works and low beam dont , checked fuses under hood there good , tried new switch stilll no low beam , is there a relay for low beam cant find one.

Why yes there is. It's #46 under the hood. Switch relay #45 with #46, do you now have lights? Either clean the contacts by pushing it in and out of the fuse box, or buy a new relay. Cleaning the relay worked for me, but I keep a spare just in case. Very common problem with Envoys and Trailblazers.

2006 GMC Envoy low beam headlights dont work. All fuses, and bulb filements, are fine.

Hello, try to start by checking the headlight relay and headlight fuse. You also may want to check to make sure the bulbs aren't blown out. If those parts check out to be fine and in working order, you may need to replace the turn signal assembly in the steering column. This part controls the hi/low beams. This may sound crazy but, when GM wired their older trucks, they wired the headlights to go from the battery, to the hi/low beam switch, then to the headlight switch (to the left of the steering wheel) then out to the light bulbs. You can kind of test to see if this part is good by making a fist and (with your headlights on) gently hitting the plastic cover for your steering column that is right behind your actual steering wheel. This could cause your headlights to flicker on and off.

Thanks

Low beams stopped working but all other lights work

Need to have an electrical shop determine what is wrong.

It could be a fuse for the low beam headlamps that has blown,
or a relay has been overheated.

Check that the bulbs for the low beam aren't blown out, possibly
simultaneously.

2003 gmc Envoy Low Beam Headlights both quit at the same time. Checked fuses and replaced bulbs. No dice. ????

Relay in fuse box under hood on driver side wheel well labeled HDM, #46 on 2004 Envoy XUV. Swap with relay #45 labeled "Fan" to test. That was my problem.

Good Luck,
Sam
