Question about Toshiba 4030CDT (P000271450) Motherboard
Somebody put a supervisor password in my laptop
To reset the BIOS password you need to remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard of the laptop. This will require you to take apart pieces of the laptop which can be a little tricky, if you don't feel comfortable doing so , I would recommend taking it to a professional...I just don't want to see someone break there laptop!
On your particular model there is a cable running from the battery to the motherboard , you need to remove that wire from the motherboard and wait about 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in and restart the computer....that will completely reset your BIOS settings and remove your password....below is a picture for reference!
