you did not say which Operating system you are using which is important as I am going to suggest you install the driver. at any rate I am going to give you the link where you can select your computer model and operating system from the drop down menus. from the horizontal menu choose driver and select your camera make
This is the support site for your laptop, Click on the link > click notebook > click Aspire > scroll down to the 5610z > download the application and drivers for the crystal eye web cam. Run programs and install.
First remove the current driver from add/remove programs applet in Control Panel ,reboot and then reinstall the driver from the drivers CD or download it from Acer: http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/downloads_gd.html
Select Notebook ,Aspire ,then 5610z, by default the operating system is Windows Vista but you can change it if you have Windows XP.
Download the bison driver and reinstall it.
you can downloads any acer driver from acer.com just download and install all you find for your model... the problem might be if you dont know how... many drivers just uncompress the installing data to a folder usually in a TEMP folder or a ACER folder in this case... just read what you are doing and that will be all.
here is a link for the model you posted here http://www.acerpanam.com/flex/acerdrivers/bin/drivers.html?CFID=188401&CFTOKEN=30397319
