I see a USB port on the front but do not see Bluetooth "receiving" descriptions and-so I will assume it will not receive Bluetooth broadcast. Try using an external Bluetooth receiver that will connect to your Pioneer via the USB port or....purchase audio cable that will connect your tablet's headphone output toa unused audio input of the Pioneer. A six foot 3.5mm mini plug to left and right RCA male plugs should work fine.
Couldn't you just route all TV-related audio directly to the receiver from whatever source creates it instead of through the TV (TV's NOT being the pinnacle of audio performance). I'm sure the Pioneer will do a better job with the direct digital audio feeds than whatever the TV decides to pass on.
DVD audio straight in from its highest quality audio output. Use the stereo audio output to run straight to the TV for casual watching through TV speakers without the Pioneer involved.
A TV is just a glorified night-light, not a sound source - get its related audio from the Cable Box, ditto the highest quality
