Question about Panasonic Panafax UF-595 Plain Paper Laser Fax

Panafax uf-S1 we have a recorded message on our machine for when we are not home. how does one increase the volume of the message? help please, duncan.

Panafax UF-880 - volume of phone ringer


1- incoming volume press the down arrow till you want the desired level

2-outgoing volume. press monitor you will hear a dial tone. press down arrow till desired level and press monitor again your done

Email problems on Panafax UF-8000


you need a IFAX/email key "small little electronic board" installed on the main board it does not come as default so you need to talk to your dealer about this option

Unplug power / plug back in.... NoGo? try this:

Function

press monitor key slowly 4 times
*
6 (RAM INITIALIZE)
scroll down to CLEAR FLASH MEMORY
set (wait for reboot)

If that doesn't work, scroll down to ALL JOB CLEAR and set.

Last resort....
scroll down to SHIPMENT SET
set
2 for no

Paper jam


Make sure the little black rollers are turning at the exit end of the fax.

go into your pragramming menu and select initial settings/ machine settings, and select ring volumes, then change to desired volume.

Panafax uf-790


First see if you plugged the phone line into the line jack and not the extension or answering machine jack, Sounds like it is not plugged into the LINE jack.
Thats the most frequent problem when you can fax out but not in.

I can neither send or receive faxes


hi 003 - Recording paper jammed when feeding from the 3rd cassette. Remove the jammed paper. (1) Open the Printer Cover. (2) Remove the jammed paper. (3) Slide out the Paper Cassette. (4) Remove the jammed or wrinkled paper and reload the recording paper into the paper cassette. Caution: Make sure that the paper is set under the clips of the Paper Cassette. You can load about 500 sheets with standard weight paper (20 lb. or 75 g/m2). good luck
