I HAVE A TOSHIBA THAT KEEPS GOING OUT WITH A WHITE LINE ACROSS THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN AND YOU HAVE TO TAP IT A LITTLE TO BRING IT TO A FULL SCREEN. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS?

Yes, you need to need to resolder the pins on the vertical IC.
