Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I just purchased a brand new Delstar MP3 - model # DS 1703. I installed the software and downloaded music successfully into the player. While it was charging, I plugged in the earphones and listened, the music was playing fine. After complete charging, I unplugged from the computer and it will not turn on. That was yesterday. This morning I tried again, it still would not turn on. So, I plugged back in to the computer, and it will not respond to any functions, no matter what button I try. Is this a damaged mp3 player? What should I do?
Dear FixYa team,
The problem with my MP3 remains unsolved.
Providing you have someone on your team who does know how to fix the problem, I would be interested in talking/communicating with them. I have established that the problem is not in the MP3 itself but in my PC. Please don't direct me to the "Expert" named dilipbagdi as this guy needs an education himself.

Install the Delstar software BEFORE you plug it into your computer. Then, plug the delstar into your computer. Otherwise, XP drivers will override the manufacturer's drivers.
