Ok, so I have tried several solutions to correct my "low disc space" messages, to no avail. Really, I can't delete any more programs in my computer...I've already deleted things I NEEDED hoping to create disc space! I'm regretting buying an Acer at the moment, but can't afford to replace the POS!! I've only had it a year!! I've tried "resizing"...but it didn't even give me an option to expand my volume, only to SHRINK it! I have tried setting it to the D:drive as someone else suggested, but that did nothing either. I am at a loss, and am desperate for advice!! I don't know what else to do...although sometimes I'd just like to throw the darn computer out the window!!
Unfortunatly u cant expand a hard drives allocated space past its original limitations. your only options are to buy a new 2.5'' hard drive, a external hard drive or a cheap secure digital card. u can pick sd card up for around £4 a 1gb.
look in second hand electrical retailers for cheap options.

Make sure your hard disk has enough space. Most often when the error massage comes it will tell you how much free space is required to install the game look keenly and know how much space is required then either move all media files mainly video files especially downloaded in the download folder to an alternative partition and only leave windows and installed program on Local Disk C. Other wise if your hard disk capacity is very small then am afraid that you will have to get a bigger hard disk.
The low disc space message refers to the amount of free disc space on your c drive. The c drive is the drive on which your windows is installed, thus yu need to delete some games or not neccesary files to free up some space on your drive. Hope this can help you.
This means your Harddrive(HDD) is nearly full with files and there is no more room to save/work on the harddrive.
You will have to delete some saved files or to uninstall some programs that you are not using anymore, this will create some free space on your HDD. Also do a right click on the Recycle bin/Empty recycle bin and it wil clear some space... If you need more help, let me know, I am happy to help you...
Unless I am mistaken, the D drive or partition is the partition that contains the restore feature for yor laptop. This may or may not be hidden system files. As far as the available free space on your C drive, you WILL need to either delete files and/or backup and delete files. Image files, music files, cookies temp files take up a lot of disk space. Try this and I think you will find more free space. BPCS
You need to used Hard Drive Partition which you can resize your available space by increasing drive C: capacity and decreasing available space in your drive d: capacity without deleting any files on it. And this is not a harmful to your hard drive all your important files are intact in each destination.
