I bought my Samsung LA26R7 today and it was working ok but then I switched it to AV mode, watched a video and now I can't go back to anything else. Its as if it has frozen. All the buttons on the side of the TV seem to do nothing and to top it off, I don't even the normal remote because it wasnt in the box so I have a temporary universal remote. I rang up Samsung tech support who basically were no help and I'm not keen to drag it back to the store for exchange.. I'd be so happy if someone could help me out as its probably something simple but i'm hopeless with these things.
I'm afraid that I thinks its broken and you should take it back to the shop, to exchange it. If rebooting doesnt fix it its def broken.
