It may also be the virus, so also try to format your memory card, but have the contents copied and try that formatted memory card with your mobile......
To format it,
turn off ur phone,
then press and hold the pencil/ABC key then turn the unit on....
continue to press ABC until it completely boots up, now ur in safe mode....
from there, try to format ur memory card then ur phone itself....
*#7370# to format ur phone..
be sure u have a charger plug-in or else if the battery is weak... u will have contact retailer....
well just format ur memory card first then post result..
