Just got a call from my son. He was attempting to access the Windows XP Task Manager and thought he was depressing Alt-Ctl-Del, but obviously wasn't, because his monitor display rotated 90 degrees. I checked in the Control Panel and couldn't find any place he could change the setting back -- and, he has System Restore turned off (for some reason). Any suggestions??

Try going in to desktop properties and Settings> Advanced> video card and there should be the option to rotate the screen
Right click on the Desktop -> Properties -> Settings Tab -> Advanced button -> Inter(R) Greaphics Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile tab -> Graphics Properties (From now on mine's on hebrew so excuse my translation...) -> 2nd option - maybe Display Properties -> Rotate - choose "0" -> Accept.
last but not least - get yourself a nice massage for all the time you worked with the monitor rotated like this :)

I have a Acer Ferrari 3200 with UJ-825S Combo DVD+CDRW broken and I would like to replace it. I found the UJ-825-C to replace it, but I don't know if it's compatible. Do you know if it's?

I have a new HP 9827 that has a short right shift key. I understand that one can modify the MS Vista code to get the uparrow to swap out the shift key.
