I have had no luck in finding a manual online for your Nesco Pot Luck Cooker, model hb001.
I did find this information on the Nesco Owner's Manual Download page: http://www.nesco.com/customer_support/owners_manual_download/

Original copies of owners manuals are available upon request at a small fee. Please call 1-800-288-4545 for more information.

Ah, the wonderful Nesco roaster oven...their guidelines are similar to what it would take if you put it in a conventional oven...To reheat probably 350 for 1/2 hour, but preheat the oven first, just like your home oven.
You can find replacement cords for counter top appliances at most hardware and building supply stores. Try Ace, Home Depot, Lowes. Take the cooker with you to make sure you get the correct cord.
I just called Rival for help. Fortunately, my lid "hinge" is going to be replaced with a complete new slow cooker. Call 800 323 9519 or go online at www.rivalproducts.com Also, I saw that they have a recall site (www,rivalrecall.com) for burners. Good luck.
