Question about Sony (30CDQ80LSX3/T) 30 Pack 48x CD-R Storage Media
Can I format a cd-r and use it again?
No. However, if it was written to and not closed, then you might still be able to use the unused areas of the disc.
If you want rewritable media, then you will need to use a CD-RW, or a flash drive.
