Sounds like a virus or something, If you can afford it buy Norton for tablets it is great I personally use it and it has a handy dandy lock feature that unless you know the password good luck getting into it. Otherwise contact the supplier or manufacturer for further technical support. I don't see why it would do all that other than a virus or something.
If you wanna set up a security code so others aren't leeching off your wifi, than a pc would be ideal for setup. You dont need a pc connected to it after setup. Most routers will allow you to setup online, If you have an ipod touch or something that lets you get online you can do it through there.
calibrate the touch screen ....start your ds with no game in it and click on the small ds at the bottom of the screen, next ,touch the yellowbox on the right and follow the calibration instructions.......if you cant get it to work then change the touch screen......good luck
i had the same problem and have now fixed it succesfully the touch screen works like a grid and is overlayed onto an lcd screen so that when you touch the screen it makes a conection within the grid so that the machine knows where you are touching .....if one of these grids are broken you will never calibrate your screen as the ds doesnt recognise what you are touching .....in short the answer is to replace your touch screen
