How to remove internal capacitor on a Flyback?

Does anyone knows and could share their tips on removing and replacing an internal capacitor on a flyback? what are a typical values of these capacitors?
--Tools, materials and what the procedures are? to remove such an internal capacitor on a flyback...please help, your help means so much for us.

It is proberbly different where you are from but time costs more than a component here.

Even replacing the FBT capacitor on a 21" is not viable.

Plus if anything when wrong ie the capcitor failed causing smoke or fire the repairer is responsible and would be sued.

I would recommend that you dont touch the flyback and replace it . the Horizontal output transistor is likely to be shot too. Never ,
alter the design of the circuitry , These engineers know what they are doing.

Make sure you discharge all of the other related components before you go sticking things in there. Having said that, your question indicates you shouldn't attempt this
