Shut it down by holding the power button until the screen goes black, don't tap the power off button, wait for the black screen. Then let your phone charge for a few hours (maybe over night) with power off and see if that helps.
my blackberry curve went dead and when i placed it to charge for the entire night i tried to turn on the phone and it wont turn on but there is a red light on the phone for a few minutes .... what can i do?
try to go to a cellphone repair shop or samsung store (to be sure, the problem may be the flex or the program. i'm pretty sure your phone has it's warranty or if it ended, the repair won't cost you a lot.
It might be because its an old battery. I had a phone for 3 years and everytime I took it off the charger maybe 20 minutes later it'd be down a bar or two. You should try taking it to the place you bought it and ask them.
HI I can help to fix the problem for you for $45.00. You have a bad LCD cable. You can either part yourself and send both phone and part together to me or I get the part for you and charge part and labor together. Please email me at email@example.com. Regards, pingping
