No way! Kodak discontinued its slide projector line long before computer interface. The projectors are mechanical and analog. Maybe you can connect your remote control cord to some kind of computer interface. I know there are dissolve units available that will perform basic functions, but none that are PC-compatible as far as I know.

Kodak Ektagraphic AF -2 carousal not rotating

Given the age of the projector, I suspect that the solenoid link is broken. The link joins the solenoid plunger to the cycle lever. The good news is you can still buy parts for your projector. www.micro-tools.com purchased the entire projector parts inventory from Kodak a few years ago. They can also help you with instructions to install the parts, or if you prefer, hook you up with a trained service technician to perform the repair for you. Good Luck! Jim

Shutter stuck on Ektagrahpic III projector

First of all, the shutter will only open IF there is a slide in the gate. Assuming there is a slide in the gate, there are 2 things that could be preventing the shutter from opening:
1. Most likely - the shutter is spring-loaded. If the spring unhooks or is missing, the shutter will not open.
2. There is an adjustment that needs to be made after the spring is replaced or re-hooked (or just is out of adjustment. Refer to the Kodak Ektagraphic Service Manual @ the Kodak web site: http://resources.kodak.com/support/pdf/en/manuals/slideProj/manual/ektagraphic_sm.pdf
Good Luck! Jim

The lens shutter doesn't open to display picture

If this is a Kodak Slide Projector, it is equipped with a "dark shutter", to keep blinding the audience with white light when there is no slide in the optical gate. The shutter is spring-loaded, and there is an adjustment required in order to make the shutter operate correctly. Your projector either needs a spring, needs the spring re-hooked to its mount or and adjustment to the trigger. Kodak still has service manuals on their support website, or contact: www.micro-tools.com for parts and assistance (they purchased all Kodak's repair parts). Good Luck!

What is the correct carousel for a kodak 760 H projector?

A KODAK Carousel 760H is designed to be used with either KODAK 140 or KODAK 80 Slide Trays. The KODAK 80 Slide Tray has wider slide compartments, which tend to be more forgiving for older, slightly warped slides.

Model 760 H projector-- Carrousel advances, but slides do not

My guess is that your slides are in a 140-slide tray.
Over time, with repeated cycles of humidity & drying, slides warp slightly. The compartment width in a 140-slide tray is quite narrow, and it takes very little warping to make slides stick in their individual compartments. If you move the slides to a KODAK 80 Slide Tray you should be in much better shape.

Kodak 410 Projector/Viewer - no lite through projector or viewer

These projectors were designed & made by Telex for Kodak.
If the screen stays black when you push a slide down into the "gate" (in either viewer or projector mode), then the trip mechanism that opens the shutters when a slide is detected has a problem. It could be an adjustment, a broken or out of position spring or hardened lubrication.
There is no good way to proceed unless you are trained in the service of these projectors. Contact a factory-trained repair dealer. Happy New Year!
