Question about HP DeskJet 930cm InkJet Printer
My printer made a big noise, then the red lights started to flash, now a white plastic strip behind the ink cartridges is folded over and the ink cartridges sit about 1/3 of the way from the far right where they should go when lid is down. I am assuming something BROKE but not sure what the inside of my printer are supposed to look like! I only put in new ink now & then!
The strip has to be replaced for sure .you will get that strip from any computer /printer reparing engineer as it is not available in the local market you will have to call the tech at your place and he will do it for you and it will be proper.it will cost you near to $10 for the new strip and that strip is called the encoder strip.
