Question about Computers & Internet
When trying to scan a photo and press scan menu and scroll down to "scan to computer" an error message displays, ie "No Scan Options" refer to device documentation to troubleshoot. What does this mean and what should I do? I've checked the Basics Guide and cannot find an answer.

I just went to www.hp.com and typed in "no scan options" in their search field at the top of the screen. You can find even more help though if you drill down through your specific product.
