It could be the fan since many modern fans are speed controlled and fed with chopped voltage with a frequency of a couple of kilohertz which we would interpret as a squeal.
It could also be the impending failure of one of the power circuits which when approaching failure may emit noise in the audible range although they typically operate well above our hearing.
I'm not sure about your set and don't have time to research it right now, but many of the rear projection units have a color wheel that also turns at a high rate and from what I know of them, they are fairly costly to replace.
Those three are possible suspects and of them, only the fan replacement is something the average owner can deal with.

I have a whistling noise coming from my car, this is only when moving. If I apply the brakes or am at a standstill, even if I rev the engine there is no noise. When I had service I was told my front...

Whistling noise is pretty vague. There are several possibilities. The brakes could be the source of the noise. If they're 85% gone they should be replaced anyhow regardless of whether they are the source of the noise. Otherwise the noise will no longer be your biggest problem. Disc brakes do have what is called a worn pad indicator. This is simply a metal tab that scrapes the brake rotor, making an annoying, scraping noise until the brake pads are replaced.
Other than this, there are several possibilities. Where is the noise originating? Could it be wind noise coming from an ill fitted window seal? Vacuum hoses are another noise source, although they usually only whistle when decelerating or at idle.

At high speeds, I here a high pitched squeal coming from the passenger side dashboard. Its like the wind is reflrcting off something and it makes this annoying sound. Can you help me figure this out.

I'd check the passenger side mirror first, make sure it is tight to the window frame, no gaps. It causes a wind noise or whistle. It could be from the outside of the truck, try to pin point. Does noise go away with either window down? Does noise get louder turning in one direction (wheel bearing)? Does it get worse then seem better (could be tire noise)? Eliminate fan motor, and radio. Does it get worse with vehicle speed or just engine speed?

Problem for Sony Grand WEGA KDF-55WF655. Hello,

5 times Red LED blinks means Lamp Driver Error. (KDF-55WF655)
2 possible reasons, either Lamp is gone or Ballast Supply got bad.
Replace lamp first, in most cases it solved the problem.
How old is this TV and did you replaced lamp recently?
Thanks.

Make sure lamp cover is placed properly and securely after lamp replacement.
