Hi. thanks for the question .the first thing to check .240 volts. if you have. then you could bave a problem with element. to check. Cut power to dryer. two clips each corner, between top and front .push flat screwdriver between front and top. lift up the top .two screws on the inside of front. remove front .undo the belt . lift ot the drum theres the heater .if not the heater check all the thermostats and clean all the venting and inside of dryer thanks the appliance doc. please rate me

this is most likely a safety switch on heat element has tripped/went bad , this tiny device keeps heater from causing a fire if heater gets to hot , common cause of this tripping is a blocked vent pipe

Dryer doesn't heat up


Take the back off the dryer and then take the heating element out and look for the coil wire to have a break in it. I have replaced serveral heating elements.
