Hi there.
Recently on my tv screen, everything seems to be a greeny-yellowy tinge. I dont know why. It kinda just appeared one day.
I tried fiddling with the brightness, colour and contrast settings but that didnt seem to make any difference. I thought it was my cable tv receiver but even on channels that dont work, a the blur lines have a yellow opaque screen over them.
I've also tried using the VCR tv tuner, but the problem is still there.
Any ideas?

- Hi, we have a redish tint on out PAL JVC set, had the back off tonight to see if there were any adjusting pots for the guns like in the old days but nope couldn't see any. I see there are test card DVDs available for people to set up picture sharpness/focus colour and sound, so there must be some way of adjusting them.Thanks in advance for any help.- puss2cats

- have same green yellow tint on rca f25442 screen. picture and sound are fine. Heard popping noise then tint appeared. tried a justing color and tint and brightness etc....didnt work- GuestSolution #1

Hi,
Well based on the very limited amount of info you provided I would say your set is suffering from a white balance problem due to low CRT gun emission or a RGB drive problem since anytime a set is predomineintly one color more then another on a grey or black or white screen it is due to a white balance problem Now since you did not give model or chassis info there is not much more I can tell you but since you refer to color as colour I am going to assume your not in the US and that means your system is probally PAL or some other format and that being the case then you really need to provide us more info to be able to advice you any further.
