Hi, I would suggest you update your printer drivers, try this, follow instructions exactly as written:
Create a new folder on your desktop and name it newhpdrivers(substitute your manufacturer in new name). Un-intall printer and printer software completely. Go to manufacturers website and navigate to their drivers/downloads or support menu. Select your model, choose the relevant software and download to the new folder you created on your desktop(watch for the light yellow bar at the top of window viewing pane, click on this and choose – download file - . Power down your computer. Reconnect the printer to the computer and turn printer on. Power on pc. Windows will detect new hardware and ask if you have the manufacturers install cd or a location to check for install files. Direct the wizard to your new software, follow the rest of the setup instructions and your done.

Dear If you have facing the problem while you made copy using ADF.then check th adf glass for scrathes replace it. If you have the problem while copy on platen glass then check lines on platen glass (rare case). Check cis for dust. Thanks.
Do you print regularly? When was the last time you changed the cartridge?
If you've changed it recently it's likely that your printer head is dirty. Clean (hot water and paper towels in a discardable container.... allow to sit for a good while, wipe gently replace in printer) or just completely replace the head.
The 'badint' error on the T6100 indicates the printers firmware has for some reason 'crashed', this error should not be seen in normal operation of the printer. One common cause of "BADINT" messages is the use of an external print server or host computer with incompatible parallel-port settings. If you have an external print server connected to the printer's parallel port there is a setting on the print parallel interface that may need changing, to change parallel interface setting. • Set the printer to Offline. • Press the Enter and LF keys together for approx 3 - 4 seconds. The alarm will sound. (Tech Access On) • Press the Mode key: display will show Offline Normal. • Press any Arrow key until display shows Offline Config. • Press the Forms/1 key. • Press any Arrow key until display shows Config Paralel. • Press the CPI/2 key. • Press any Arrow key until display shows Paralel Bi-Dir. • Press the LPI/3 key. • Press any Arrow key until display shows Bi-Dir Off. • Press the Enter key and the interface will be set. • Press the Clear key. • Press the Enter and LF keys together for approx 3 - 4 seconds. The alarm will sound. (Tech Access Off) On the external Print Server, you need to ensure that the unit is also set for Uni-directional working.
Please do not worry. You can try the following.
1. Simple take the cartridges out from your printer.
2. Use a clean cloth and some distilled water.
3. Clean the copper connections of the print cartridge gently with the help of the clean water and a clean cloth .
4. Take a tissue paper and then try to mark a stamp from the cartridge print head on that tissue paper.e
5. Do it till you get a clear color / black parallel line on the tissue paper.
6. Once you get a clear parallel mark on the tissue paper, insert the cartridge back in to the printer and the take 2-3 printouts.
7. You will get the clear printout for sure. This is my practical experience.

Clean the glass AGAIN. I had this issue for weeks. Drove me NUTTTTS! Because I to cleaned the glass. But guess what... not well enough. On your glass there is a tiny .. maybe the tiniest of tiny.....speck somewhere. that causes this line. Trust me I did everything you did and I just knew it was the drum or something. But it wasn't. Sure fire test. Have someone fax you something directly to the machine. (you need something that doesn't pass over the glass) If it prints out fine .. no line... there is a speck on your glass!!! And anything copied, faxed or scanned from your unit will have that line. Ofcourse you have already done half the test yourself if you print something from your computer and dont see the line. Because a print would not pass over the glass either.
You are getting black lines in green color,and apperence of parallel light and dark lines because your colour catridge is almost empty.So solution is replace the catridge and take a printout. There is no proplem with a printer. i think it solves your problem.
open printing preferences and click on maintenance. Run the print head alignment utility. Sometimes this will remove the horizontal banding. I had this same problem and had to uninstall the printer and reinstall just like it was new, running the alignment feature before it was corrected. Worked ok for a few days then started again. I assumed that the printhead is bad. To costly to repair and bought a new printer.
Was there a message appear when the printer did not print? Have to make your printer as your default printer?
If you did not set it here's the step.
1. Click start
2. choose printers and faxes
3. click the printer icon
4. clikc file then choose as default

Same step 1 to 3
4. right click the icon
6. click the printer test.
