Question about Belkin Computers & Internet
It sounds like it is asking you this information to connect to the wireless network. Is your wireless network encrypted (have a password to connect to it)? If it is and this is the first time you are connecting to it with your new laptop , you will have to enter it once , and then it will always remember it.......
If you are 100% sure that your wireless network is not encrypted it is possible you connecting to a diffrent wireless network by accident ,maybee a nieghbor or somebody nearby....verify the one you are trying to connect to is yours, usually will have a higher signal strength then all of the rest.
