Honestly you will have to place a service call to have them reset it.
The default is 1111. But if you changed it and forget it, it will need to have a call to reset it to the default.
Here is the info.
Use the numeric keypad on the Control Panel to enter the default password: , , , . The password will be displayed as asterisks (*) on the Touch Screen.
If you make a mistake, press the [Clear (C)] button and re-enter the password. To cancel the operation, select [Cancel]. If experiencing problems with the password or if the password is forgotten, contact your Administrator. If the Administrator encounters a problem with changing the Access (Tools) code, or forgets the code, Contact Support to place a service call.
