Re: waste motor error
The wate motor transfers (you guess it) waste toner to the waste toner
bottle. If the bottle fills up, the motor cannot transfer more waste to
it. This is rare, for the printer should ask for a new waste toner
bottle when the previous one fills. However,it happens frequently when
users try to empty and clean the bottle instead of replacing it.

E000019-0000 is "waste toner box full" error message. It can be reset by removing and cleaning the waste toner box. What is Waste toner?
Some amount of toner still remains on drum even after image has been transferred to paper. This toner is not reused and sent to waste toner box instead. When waste toner container is full, E000019-0000 displays on the display panel to alert the user. Where is Waste toner box?
Location of the container might be different for each model. In Canon IR 2200, it is located on left rear corner, just behind the cover. Dispose off the toner and clean the container thoroughly. Don't forget to clean the neck area of the bottle. After reinserting the container, restart the machine and error E000019-0000 should have vanished.
The only ways to reset the count: 1: replace the waste toner bottle with a brand new one. 2: thoroughly clean all the waste toner out of the bottle(requires disassembly and reassembly - making sure you get all the springs and parts back in right) The waste toner bottle is relatively inexpensive, so I would just recommend doing that. Cleaning out the bottle is extremely messy.
the drum is the color green appear like tube this is where the image to be printed is formed clean this drum by simply wiping the waste toner use a soft cloth to clean it do not apply any chemicals just a cloth rotate the drum manually to get it clean thoroughly..
The waste bin full error can occur if the waste bin was not removed
from the machine for over 10 seconds when it was emptied. Please remove
the waste bin and wait for a full 10 to 20 seconds before replacing the
If the message still displays turn off the machine and leave it off
for 1 minute then turn the machine back on.
Then run software update to make sure you have the latest OS updates.

If a new waste toner bottle is in place, then the printer needs a new motor, which can only be purchased through an Authorized Service Center.
The waste toner is usually a bottle near the toner cartridge which collects excess toner powder from the cartridge. It is usually present in more heavy duty laser printers, not all printers have them as a replaceable supply. You would need to refer to your manual for replacement instructions, they vary from printer model. For this machine, the Waste Toner supply number is #420131.
In the case of the first poster, my best guess would be there was spillage of toner on the sensors to detect the waste basket overflowing, hence why the error message is constant. This would require cleaning of the sensors, a relatively simple task but for proper access, the machine would need to be partially disassembles for thorough cleaning. It would be best done at a repair centre.
