When you are viewing the pic hit the menu button (look at bottom right of screen) scroll dow to object view and open it, hit save button (look bottom left of screen) that will give you the option to renam,e the pic and to save it ti either the phone or memory card

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have an unlocked HTC touch pro2 Verizon phone and use it with T-Mobile. I can receive calls, make calls, send texts, receive text, but I cant access internet or receive picture messages via text. Any...

Hi,
Welcome to Fixya. The reason why you can't use the internet or receive a picture message is because you need to save the GPRS and MMS settings of T-mobile on your phone. For the settings you need to contact the so that they can provide you the right settings like the APN the HTTP link and other settings. after you have save the settings you will be able to use the internet on your phone and will be able to send and receive MMS.
Thanks

If you mean an MMS, then you first have to select the components: the options are ; text, photos, and audio.

Cant send or receive picture messeges or forwards .i dont think its my sim card cause it works in my othere phones

Dear Sir! MMS(Multi media settings) have been activated on your SIM Card but not on your cell phone.Follow these steps:
  1. You should call your network provider and ask for MMS settings for your W810i.
  2. They will send you the settings and might tell you about the code that is needed some times to save MMS settings on cell phone.
  3. After you ask for MMS settings to your network provider they will send you a text(MMS settings) save that massage(settings) and if prompted for password enter that too.
  4. And after that set that settings to default.
  5. Restart your cell phone.
Your phone is ready to send and receive pictures.
Thank you!

Cant get or send picture messages

You need to get the Settings for Internet/Wap/GPRS and MMS from your Network Service Provider. These settings are usually sent as a text msg. When you receive the msg. choose save or install on your phone. Or get the settings directly from their website. The MMS service doesn’t always work between networks.
