I have not been able to connect to the internet on my laptop in several weeks. I called my cable company which we have our broadband connection with and they told me to contact the internet service , he said everything was ok and referred me to you. I do not know whatcould be wrong with my laptop. It was bought for me Christmas last year. Thanks Mary K.
