Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I can download video using the converter but I cannot delete them, I have to go to a computer with XP.
Here is the step by step (thanks to
jihchiang of tech arena)
1.bring up that file, right click > choose Properties
2. click Security > click Advance
3. click Effective Permission > click Select
4. enter your user account name in the box , when done click OK
5. you should see a list of permissions, all checkmarked. Scroll down to the
last one, it should say Take Ownership
6. close all those windows. You are now the sole owner of that file. Delete
it as you wish.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
