Everytime i click on the email icon on my Sprint palm centro, it makes the phone shut off and then come back on. It basically resets. It doe it over and over. Ive treied taking out the battery and shutting it off and restarting it but no help so far. Any suggestions ??/ Thank you !

It sounds like the email application is corrupted or the conduit settings configured wrong. Both of these can be fixed by removing the mail app from the device completely and reinstalling it using hotsync.

try clearing up your web history, sms, or unwanted software....on the browser, click on blazer top left corner, click on history and clear all..tested if it doesnt work back up your phone and perform a master reset
Make sure bluetooth is turned off and the usb cable is not connected. Then do the following:
•Tap the hotsync icon •Notice the words 'Local | Modem' side by side on the screen •Tap 'Modem' •Select 'Standard Modem' in drop-down list •Enter any phone number (eg. 800-525-6452 *this is a non-working number) •Press the Home button
Now hotsync should stop trying to sync automatically. When you want to run a hotsync Tap on 'Local' in the hotsync screen.

This happened to my palm centro and i fixed it myself. :) Maybe it will work for you. What i did was take out the battery and so the phone is completely off.. then take a tooth brush with rubbing alchohol on it and scrubbed the bottom part of it that the hotsync cord goes into.. I thought this may just mess up my phone more but i plugged it back into the power cord, turned it on and it worked just fine!! Seriously, try this out. It brought me so much relief!! And chances are you either got some **** stuck up inside there, or you got the botton part wet. Hope i helped!!
you have to go to the net and go into internet options, select the advanced option and turn picture display mode back on. Sprint deviced call this mode "fast mode", where pictures are not displayed to increase internet speed. Just make sure the setting shows that pictures will be displayed and your good to go.
Are you still attached to a Sprint account? Or are you with another provider? If you are with another provider, you may not have the options of using the phone that Sprint provided ie. intrnet access or things like picture mail options. I know this occured with me when I used my Samsung device on another provider. I had to do a flash and only text and dialing out works on another provider. If it is still attached to a Sprint account then you should be able to call Sprint technical care and resolve your internet issue. But by the sound of it you are on another provider.
Email Restarts phone. Sprint said make a new user because of 3rd party software but won't help otherwise. Bluetooth won't work with my Pioneer DVD in dash Car receiver either. Works with my Jabra headset though. What gives? Any software I can download to fix? Thanks
